“ This cake cafe is located in Sapporo, Hokkaido. They were setting up a stall at Ikebukuro Tobu Department Store, so I ordered some raw chocolate sandwich scones to take away. They have a simple, gentle sweetness that brings out the flavor of wheat. They're characterized by a crispy outside and a fluffy, bread-like texture inside. To eat the raw chocolate sandwich scones, remove the chocolate from the inside and warm the scone up before reheating. The melted chocolate is best when warmed as is. I tried the cream cheese, milk butter, and limited edition brown sugar roasted green tea flavor, and the milk butter was particularly delicious. ”

“ It was a lovely cafe! ^⁠_⁠^ Located halfway up Mt. Moiwa, the view from the window was amazing. There were a lot of female customers. Access by car is probably more convenient. Since it was a weekday, we barely managed to find a parking spot, but there is a shared parking lot nearby. While they do have a food menu, the sweets are what really matter here! The shortcake and pudding were both delicious. The stylish interior and great location create a truly extraordinary experience. ^⁠_⁠^ ”

“ One of the best cafe I've visited in Sapporo. Not only the wonderful decorations, nicely chosen beverage and foods, but the view is also stunning. The cafe itself is located of a mountain, which is a little bit hard to go if you don't have a personal car and it makes the things become harder when you need to go back. Anyway, it has the best night view at night and the calm atmosphere during the day time. They put many interesting in the dessert and also offer other kind of snack and food, like pasta. It's a cozy place where is nice for going on a date, celebrating with friends, working on laptop, or even spending your time alone there, taking a sip from a nice cup of coffee. ”
